J type frameless oil seal are used for large size, installation difficulties, bad working conditions, frameless oil seal fabricated needed gland, or turn the shaft seal failure. The skeleton oil seal has been standardized and used normally under 300 axis.
It is installed in the rotating bearing seat and is relative to the axis of rotation. It is used for the sealing of lubricating oil, grease and other media. The sealing is good and the packing is convenient.

NBR	Mineral oil resistance, good wear resistance, the most used in the oil seal. But can not be used to ketones and esters in polar solvents
HNBR	Keep NBR sealing characteristics, heat resistance, oil resistance and weather resistance than NBR excellent
ACM	Heat resistance, alkali resistance and water resistance than other rubber to be slightly worse, but excellent weatherability
SI	It has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance and weatherability. But alkali and water resistance than other rubber slightly worse
FPM	With more than SI of heat resistance, excellent oil resistance and chemical resistance. Among all kinds of rubber, the rubber is the best one with the best performance
EPDM	Water resistance, solvent resistance, good resistance to inorganic chemicals and weather resistance. But poor oil resistance
SBR	Polar solvent resistance, excellent water resistance. But poor oil resistance
PTFE	Heat resistance, cold resistance, chemical resistance, excellent weather resistance, low coefficient of friction. But the elasticity is worse than rubber

Testing Equipments
1,Hardness testing: hardness testing of various materials to ensure product hardness to meet customer requirements.
2,Tensile machine: according to the material property requirements test tensile force, according to the standard through the test.
3,Microscopic examination: sampling rate of 20%, oil seal surface is fine cracks, there is scrap, no pass; if the sampling failure rate of 3% and above, the whole batch of full inspection, to ensure quality.
4,Aging box: aging of the material, the temperature of 200 degrees and above, aging phenomenon, then scrapped.
5,Vulcanizing apparatus: test the quality of the glue material, the value is within the standard range, and then pass the test according to the standard.
